When placing an online order with BonVoyage/Gifts & Services, the information that we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. We need your name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your current order or need to notify you about a change in the status of your order. After you place an online Gifts & Services order, a copy of that order is sent to you via e-mail for your records. Other than as described above, we adhere to the Carnival.com privacy statement.

Guest privacy:

It is our policy to safeguard the privacy of our guests. We will protect your online information in the same manner that we protect our passenger information obtained through other means. As an additional security and privacy measure, when placing an online order on the Gifts & Services site, we will ask you to enter a valid booking and cabin number combination for the guest(s) to whom it must be delivered. If you do not have this numbers handy, please call our Customer Service department to place you order over the phone.
